When I'm not helping brands live their best lives, you’ll find me soaking up the Florida sunshine with my husband and our bernedoodle, Mazie — who is something of a local celebrity. My current personal pursuits include practicing yoga, adjusting to the NYC-to-Florida culture shock, absorbing as much health and wellness knowledge as possible, and attempting to become a decent cook (progress is… slow).
